With version 1.3, TapDPP adds support for generic NFC tags and the ability to convert them to DPP-enabled tags with the DPP hosted on https://tapdpp.app .

Our TapDPP.App Online Service redundantly hosts both primary and back-up Digital Product Passports (DPP) deep links using the RFID globally unique serial number as the key.  

Digitizing cable methods of procedure (MOPs) is now easier and digital twins remain in sync with the physical network. the role of NFC is to enable local caching of dynamically changing information in the RFID memory.

You can try https://tapdpp.app/generic page within the TapDPP App, hit the Convert to DPP button, and then the write button. You can use it to recover a HeliPass which has been deprogrammed.

Hit the Admin button and the tag is ready for adding additional key/value pairs. TapDPP is free to use along with our TapDPP.App online service on the public internet and is available for customization and integration onto corporate intranets.
